French Teenagers' Music Tastes

We are writing this article for our American epals to know about our music tastes !

Here are some percentages taken from a poll made in our class.

  • 48% of people from the class are listening to rock music.
  • 34%  r'n'b and rap.        
  • 34%  electro and techno.   
  • 14 %metal.                    
  • 37% other kinds of music.

     

34% of people from the class play an instrument.

Of course these percentages are cumulative because most of us are listening to different kinds of music at the same time.

Here are some examples of the opposite tastes of music in the class:

Now we are going to talk about how French teeenagers are listening to music. We have noticed that the CDs are "has been" maybe because they are too expensive?

  • 57% of people from the class are listening to music on their Ipod or MP3.
  • 40% --> on TV clips or on their computer
  • 22% --> on the phone
  • 20% --> on the radio
  • 17 % --> on CDs
  • 2 % --> on vinyles
