Pigeon : Mission Impossible

Not so long ago, a man called Tom Cruise Junior was walking down the street of Washington DC, eating a doughnut.

He was going to work, to his FBI office, to be precise. As he was walking, he was handled a suitcase by someone he did not even looked at (you have to be discreet if you want to survive this job…).

Then he sat down on a bench, his doughnut in his mouth, to open the suitcase, because his instructions were in there (that’s what he had been taught). It was all electronic inside, sophisticated machinery. As he was trying to understand what it was all about, a pigeon suddenly landed on the bench. He looked hungry (they always do) and saw our secret agent's doughnut. He immediately wanted it and made sheep’s eyes to Junior who threw a crumb at the bird.

But this wasn’t enough ! Pigeon wasn't happy : he wanted it all ! Who was he to think a crumb would be enough !! The enemy had to be punished !

Pigeon attacked Tom Junior who tried to protect himself, throwing his doughnut far from him. Pigeon tried to snatch at the flying doughnut but misjudging the distance, fell into the suitcase which in turn fell shut onto the pavement.

Pigeon (who was starting to be very annoyed), was trapped inside ! He pushed on every button, hoping to open the suitcase. Then he used the joystick inside which made them (he and the suitcase) jump up and down the street. Very quickly, he started to understand how it all worked (apparently he was smarter than Junior) and how he could use this new toy to punish the enemy. Next he was flying in his suitcase, firing at passersby (I forgot to tell you that this machinery also contained a sophisticated machine gun, a small one though). The pigeon soon felt as Terminator…

The people in the street were terrified and were running away. Cars were on fire. Apocalyptic vision…

Junior, little by little, (I told you he was a bit slow…), was beginning to understand how he could get Pigeon stop his war : he tried to attract him with the doughnut (what a brilliant idea !!). He blackmailed him : You stop it and the doughnut is yours !

Pigeon apparently calmed down because he landed the suitcase, opened it and waited for Junior to give him the doughnut. Junior got nearer and nearer but Pigeon wasn’t so stupid : You give the doughnut first !!

As Junior wanted to get hold of his suitcase again, he threw the doughnut high in the sky for Pigeon to fly away and catch it but…

Pigeon wasn’t fast enough and the doughnut fell inside the suitcase pushing THE red button, which opened the obelisk letting a missile take off heading to Moscow...

(As the story is still a bit long, I am going to sum it up) Junior had to stop the missile so he drove his suitcase (turned into a powerful flying engine). But the problem was that Pigeon was still following him because the doughnut was still inside the suitcase ! Finally Junior opened the suitcase, the doughnut fell down; Pigeon followed it and Junior could destroy the missile with his suitcase (turned into a machine gun again).

In conclusion, Pigeon had the doughnut and Junior could take his suitcase back.

And if you don’t believe me just watch the movie !!
