The darkness slowly spread into the tiny white room. Shadows started crippling on the walls. My breath started to get heavier as the woman suffocated. She tried to take my hands off her neck. But I was not going to give up.

« Stop it! I think we went too far! Stop it! »  Ivy shouted.

« Shut up Ivy, let that witch die!»  Byron answered.

The woman’s eyes were begging me to stop, tears were streaming down her innocent face.

« Oh wow! So that’s how a person who is about to die looks like! That’s so cute!! » Violet said .

« I don’t think that’s cute, that’s utterly disgusting ! Hurry up, I think I heard someone come. »  Ivy whispered. Anyything frightens her.

I added the maximum pressure I could in my hands to finish her quickly. Her breathing was really heavy, her face was turning blue : I couldn't believe she was dying.

I heard steps. Someone was coming. I was scared, but I needed to finish this, WE needed to finish this.

« That’s it! That’s it! Choke her with all your strength. I want to see more pain on her face. Ah! Maybe we can use some knives later? I want to see blood. Make this white room...a RED room. Oh, please ! Let's play with knives ! » said Aaron with a hysterical laugh.

I could not feel any life in her neck anymore. She had died. That was it, I had killed someone. I did what they wanted me to do.

As Aaron started to laugh like a demon, Byron smiled at me with satisfaction while Ivy started to cry saying that we had been way too far.

The corpse was still there at my feet. My friends had run away but I could not move staring at my hands, when suddenly the door opened and the visitor stepped into the room.

« Okay sir, it’s late now, »  the doctor said « you know we have strict rules in this asylum : you have to be in bed by 10pm. Have you taken your medication against hallucinations ? Go to bed now, it's high time. Good night, sweet dreams!»

Sweet dreams... How funny!
